When it comes to buffet restaurant in Singapore, Seoul Garden is one of my favorite. It is quite popular that even when I visited Malaysia, they even have it there (JB Sentral at Johor Bahru and Tang Mall at Melecca).
Their wide variety of food choices made them one of the best; They have great choices of Beef, Chicken, Seafood, Salads, desserts and drinks. And of course, they are HALAL certified for our Muslim brothers and sisters.
What I love in this buffet restaurant is the joy of choosing and cooking your own food whether you want it to be cooked in soup or grilled.
Since it is an Eat-all-you-can restaurant, the trick here is to have the technique of not to get full so soon. What we always do is we don't eat rice, we never drink, and we just take minimal soup. Take, cook, and eat all you want you're totally full, then it's time to have a drink. Like for me, usually, if I drink something then I'm easier to get full and can't take food at all.
For health conscious peeps, since buffet is buffet and fatty food are all around, drinking something hot is a good thing to consider to prevent all fats and oils from building up in our bodies. I always take like tea or coffee.
And the most important point here is not to waste food. Since it is buffet, it is tempting to get as much as possible food that we wanted but we have to consider the food that we are taking are just enough for us to consume. Remember, there are still alot of people around the world who can't even afford to eat decent food at all.
Lastly, dinning on a buffet is such a great fun we you share moments with other people, be it your friends, family or colleagues. Eating all alone is not fun at all, believe me, I have tried one buffet restaurant and it's really awkward seeing other people looking at you eating alone. Well I guess if you're confident enough then so be it.
That's all for now. Seoul Garden Restaurant - I Have Been There!
