Ya Kun Kaya Toast is one of the popular coffee shops in Singapore. They have this famous Kaya-butter bread toast, runny eggs, and a cup of coffee/ tea/ hot milo as a set breakfast meal. In fact, this set is an all-day set that you can have whenever you wanted a quick and light meal.
It was at PoMo Mall along Selegie Road (Singapore) where I discovered that this Ya Kun Kaya Toast outlet serves some famous local favorites such as Mee Siam, Mee Rebus, and this mouth-watering Laksa.
This spicy soup is indeed one of my favorite among local food. It is usually served as a bowl of fish cakes, tofu, tauge, hard-boiled egg, prawn and the white noodles in spicy soup with sambal paste and laksa leaf. It is very surprising for me that Ya Kun Kaya Toast made a twist of putting an oyster in addition to a typical Laksa dish. It was heavenly good - A must try!
Have you tried this Laksa from Ya Kun Kaya Toast? Well, I have Done That!
