Johnny Kahuku's Hawaiian Shrimp House is one of the shops serving seafood dishes when we walked around Eastwood City (Philippines). This Paella dish captivated our eyes and dragged our feet to get in to try it.
Paella is one of the very difficult dishes to prepare. You could only see this on festivals, parties and events. A Spanish cuisine that Filipinos mastered very well during the time that Philippines is under Spanish Colony. This serving I believe is good for 4 persons, enough for everyone to share at a very affordable price.
This Paella is really good enough to have since you could have rice and a seafood dish in one. And since the rice grains used for this is different from the usual white rice, it is fulfilling enough making you get full so easily.
